I have been procrastinating for 4 yrs now, what--I was busy having babies. Now that I am done having kids for a while, I figured hey I might as well work on my figure. I started a couple weeks ago and I already feel great. St. John's fitness center is a good place to go, and since I work for them I get a discount. They are remodeling the building and its starting to look great.
